UNTAPPED CAPACITY INDEX™ DATA

In addition to the information described above, if you complete the Untapped Capacity Index™, we collect your work email, role or title, organization, responses to the assessment questions, and calculated assessment results, including dimension scores and the conditions identified as most and least accessible in your responses. We may also collect source or campaign information associated with your visit.

HOW WE USE UCI INFORMATION

We use information collected through the Untapped Capacity Index™ to provide your requested Capacity Snapshot, maintain a record of your response, and understand and improve the assessment and related Untapped Leaders offerings.

If you give consent to receive communications, we may also use your contact information and assessment results to provide UCI-related follow-up emails and other communications consistent with that consent. You may unsubscribe from email communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in each email.

DATA RETENTION

We retain UCI assessment responses and calculated results for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Capacity Snapshot, understand and improve the assessment, maintain appropriate business records, and comply with applicable legal, security, or operational requirements. When the information is no longer needed for these purposes, we may delete or de-identify it.

SERVICE PROVIDERS

We may use trusted service providers, including website hosting, data storage, and email-service providers, to process information on our behalf. These providers receive information only as necessary to perform services for Untapped Leaders and are expected to protect it appropriately. We do not sell UCI assessment responses or calculated results.

ACTIVITY

We may record information relating to your use of the Site, such as the searches you undertake, the pages you view, your browser type, IP address, requested URL, referring URL, and timestamp information. We use this type of information to administer the Site and provide the highest possible level of service to you.
