We spend so much of our time at work. We need to be sure we’re leading in alignment of our full selves and alongside others who are also navigating their journeys. The more aligned our work is with ourselves and the deeper our connections with others who understand our unique experiences, the more fulfillment we’ll experience in our careers.
Our world can no longer afford to have only 13.2% of Fortune 500 CEOs of color.
We urgently need more Black, Indigenous, Latinx, Asian, South Asian, Pacific Islander, MENA, and otherwise marginalized leaders in these positions and beyond and we can’t use the same traditional leadership frameworks to get there.
Untapped Leadership cohorts meet for five 3-hour sessions and only take place a handful of times a year. Space is limited.
Across the program, cohorts leverage the Untapped Leadership model, examining the constant interplay between ourselves, our past, our future, and the system within which we navigate. As a result, cohort members:

Uncover the complex layers and understand the full context of leadership that many other models miss, building a muscle to navigate leadership dynamically

Our Approach to Leadership Impact

Who we are is how we lead. Our lived experiences inform our purpose, our genius, and our impact. Engaging in deep reflective practice exercises and uncovering aspects of ourselves that are muted or shelved at work brings us closer to the authentic leadership we seek and the world needs.

Backed by an interpersonal leadership style assessment, we go beyond the face value and dig into more challenging questions like:
1) What parts of my leadership style are innate versus inherited?; and
2) How is my leadership style perceived based on the intersections of my identity?

There are many system analysis models out there, but often they are devoid of the societal contexts that inform systems. We know we’re navigating structures not built for our success, and yet we need and deserve to succeed. We offer a roadmap to get there.
